Ingredients

Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons  vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • assorted toppings

Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ¾ cups almond milk
  • assorted toppings

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender (per recipe).
  • Blend for 2 minutes or until all the ingredients are smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and garnish with your favorite toppings.

Notes

*If using a highs speed blender, it will only take 1 minute to blend.
