Ingredients
1cupunsalted buttermelted
½cupgranulated sugar
1cupbrown sugar
1 ½teaspoonsvanilla extract
2eggs
2cupsall purpose flour**
1teaspoonsalt
½cupcrushed pretzels
½cupchocolate chips
THE TOPPING
2teaspoonsvegetable oil
½cupchocolate chips
½cupcrushed pretzels
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F and line a 8x8 inch baking with parchment paper and coat with oil or cooking spray.
In a large bowl, add the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, eggs and mix until light and fluffy. Next add the flour, salt and mix until combined.
Add the ½ cup crushed pretzels, ½ cup chocolate chips and mix until combined.
Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 35-45 minutes. Insert toothpick in the center to test if it's baked all the way through.
To make the topping, mix the vegetable oil and chocolate chips and microwave for about 20-30 seconds. Using a spoon mix until melted.
Drizzle over the cake and then garnish with the crushed pretzels.
Notes
**it's 2 cups of all purpose flour for the recipe. I voiced the wrong measurements. :)
