    Hey, guys! Thanksgiving is really drawing fast, and I am really EXCITED to see different kinds of desserts all over the Internet. Honestly, I want to try making them all, but oh, I just can’t have them all 🙂 For this week, I’m gonna share with you this unique taste of Pretzel Cake for beginners!

    So I chose this recipe to share with you that’s perfect for Thanksgiving. This cake will satisfy your craving of the sweet and savory taste. A very good flavor combo that is not at all boring because of the sweet and a bit of saltiness in it. Enjoy making this Pretzel Cake for Beginners and you will get a “Wow!” for it! Happy baking!

    Tips and Tricks for Making This Pretzel Cake for Beginners Recipe: 

    • Make the top of your pie level by using a spoon or a spatula.
    • To know if your Pretzel cake is done baking, insert a toothpick in the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, then it is baked all the way through.
    • When making the batter, do not overmix. It makes your cake rubbery if you do so.

    Here are what you will need for this recipe:

    •  unsalted butter, melted
    • granulated sugar
    • brown sugar
    • vanilla extract
    • eggs
    • all-purpose flour**

    • crushed pretzels
    • chocolate chips

    THE TOPPING

    • vegetable oil
    • chocolate chips
    • rushed pretzels

    Once the ingredients are all ready, let’s begin!

    Preheat oven to 350 F and line an 8×8 inch baking with parchment paper and coat with oil or cooking spray.

    In a large bowl, add the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, and mix until light and fluffy:

    Next add the flour, salt and mix until combined:

    Add the ½ cup crushed pretzels, ½ cup chocolate chips and mix until combined:

    Pour the batter into the baking pan that you have lined with parchment paper and bake for 35-45 minutes:

    To make the topping, mix the vegetable oil and chocolate chips and microwave for about 20-30 seconds. Using a spoon mix until melted:

    **it’s 2 cups of all purpose flour for the recipe. I voiced the wrong measurements. 🙂
