Addicting Black Sesame Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • ½ cup black sesame seeds
  • 1 ½ cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

Toast the Sesame Seeds:

  • Heat a cold skillet over low heat and add the black sesame seeds.
  • Toast for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant.

Blend the Mixture:

  • Transfer the toasted sesame seeds to a blender and blend until a rough paste forms.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
  • Blend for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Freeze the Mixture:

  • Pour the mixture into a container and cover it tightly with cling film.
  • Place the container in the freezer overnight to set.

Serve:

  • Scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and enjoy!
