6navel oranges
1lemon
4small carrotsor 2 large carrots

Instructions
Prepare the Produce
Wash all produce thoroughly.
Peel the oranges and lemon. Discard the peels.
Trim both ends of the carrots and discard.
Peel the ginger and discard the skin.
Juice and Serve
Process all prepared ingredients through a juicer until smooth and fully extracted.

I used a Breville juicer.
