Ingredients

  • 6 navel oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 small carrots or 2 large carrots
  • 1 inch ginger

Instructions

Prepare the Produce

  • Wash all produce thoroughly.
  • Peel the oranges and lemon. Discard the peels.
  • Trim both ends of the carrots and discard.
  • Peel the ginger and discard the skin.

Juice and Serve

  • Process all prepared ingredients through a juicer until smooth and fully extracted.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • I used a Breville juicer.
  • Best consumed fresh for maximum nutrients.
  • If you don’t have a juicer, you can blend with a little water and strain.
