Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Ice cubes
  • cup Dates
  • cups Ripe jackfruit frozen
  • 1 cup Banana cuts frozen
  • cups Soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except chia seeds to a high-powered blender. Place the hardest ingredient closest to the blade.
  • Blend for 30 seconds to 2 minutes or until smooth.
  • Pour into serving glasses, garnish with chia seeds, and serve immediately.
