Ingredients
1(12 oz) package chocolate chips
1(12 oz) package white chocolate chips
1(14.3 oz) package Oreos
3tablespoonscrunchy peanut butter
Instructions
Prepare the Pan
Line a baking pan or tray with a nonstick baking mat, parchment paper, or wax paper.
Set the prepared pan aside.
Prepare the Oreos
Crush or crumble the Oreos into small pieces.
Divide the crushed Oreos into two equal portions.
Melt the Chocolate
Place the chocolate chips and white chocolate chips in separate microwave-safe bowls.
Melt each bowl separately in short intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
Do not overheat the chocolate.
Make the Peanut Butter Mixture
Add the crunchy peanut butter to the melted white chocolate.
Stir until smooth and well combined.
Fold half of the crushed Oreos into the white chocolate and peanut butter mixture.
Make the Chocolate Mixture
Add the remaining crushed Oreos to the melted chocolate chips.
Stir until the cookies are evenly coated.
Assemble and Chill
Pour both chocolate mixtures onto the prepared pan.
Spread them into an even layer.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until completely firm.
