Ingredients
For Poaching the Leaves:
3cupswater
3cupstalbos ng kamotesweet potato leaves
For Mixing:
½cuptomatoessliced
2tablespoonsgingerdiced
¼cupred onionssliced
¼cupwhite vinegar
2teaspoonsgranulated white sugar
¼teaspoonsalt
⅛teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Poach the Leaves:
Add 3 cups of water to a saucepan and bring it to a simmer over medium-high heat.
Add the sweet potato leaves and poach them for 2 minutes, or until wilted.
Strain the leaves and transfer them into a serving bowl.
Mix the Ingredients:
Add the sliced tomatoes, diced ginger, sliced red onions, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and ground black pepper to the wilted leaves.
