Buko Salad Drink

Here's a sweet, creamy, quick and easy-to-make Filipino drink made of delicious young coconut meat, sago, nata de coco and coconut juice altogether in one drink!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded young coconut
  • 1 ¼ cups drained red nata de coco
  • 1 cup drained red kaong
  • 1 cup cooked sago
  • 2 cups young coconut water
  • 2 ¾ cups evaporated milk
  • 2 ½ cups condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon food coloring

Instructions

  • In a large picture, combine all the ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Place the buko salad in the fridge and allow it to  chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Best served in tall glasses, chilled.
