Ingredients

For the Smoothie:

  • cups cantaloupe melon cut into chunks
  • 1 cup soy milk or your choice of plant-based milk
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • ½ cup ice cubes optional, only if bananas are not frozen

For Garnish:

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 blue ternate flower optional

Instructions

Blend the Smoothie:

  • In a high-powered blender, add cantaloupe melon, soy milk, frozen banana, and ice cubes (if needed).
  • Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Serve and Garnish:

  • Pour the smoothie into glasses.
  • Garnish with chia seeds, pineapple cuts, moringa leaves, or a blue ternate flower if desired.
