Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper or foil.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Stir in the salt and flour until just combined.
Gently fold in the white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and cranberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are golden.
Let the blondies cool.
Start making the ganache. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate chips and half & half.
Stir until fully melted and smooth.
Pour the ganache over the cooled blondies.
Let it set and harden before slicing and serving.
