½cupWhite sugar
½cupBrown sugar
½teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonBaking soda

2 ¼cupsAll-purpose flour

1cupM&Msor vegan chocolate gems
5ouncesCaramel candycut into small pieces
Instructions
Make the Cookie Dough:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease cookie sheets or line with a silicone baking mat.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add vanilla extract and eggs, then mix until fully combined.
Add all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Fold in caramel pieces, M&Ms, and crushed pretzels with a spoon.
Bake the Cookies:
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are just set.
