Hot fudge cake is a rich chocolate dessert that creates its own warm fudge sauce as it bakes. The top stays soft and cakey while the bottom becomes gooey and fudgy. It’s a cozy dessert best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
