The Filipino Fruit Salad is not your average fruit salad. This easy dessert combines canned fruit cocktail with table cream and that classic Filipino ingredient - condensed milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8.5) oz fruit cocktail
  • ½ cup nata de coco
  • ½ cup macapuno strings
  • 1 can (7.6) oz nestle cream
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Strain the juice of the fruit cocktail, nata de coco,and macapuno strings
  • Place fruit mix in a large bowl and add the nestle cream and sweetened condensed milk and mix until combined
  • Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight and serve.
