Wash all produce thoroughly.
Dice the cucumber by cutting it into quarters lengthwise, then slicing into small pieces. Transfer to a bowl.
Slice cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl.
Peel and dice the avocados, then gently mix them in.
Thinly slice the red onion and add to the bowl.
Juice the lemon and drizzle over the mixture.
Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.
