Instructions
1. Wash all produce thoroughly.
2. Dice the cucumber by cutting it into quarters lengthwise. Then slice into small pieces and transfer to a medium bowl.
3. Slice cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl.
4. After that, peel and dice the avocados. Gently mix them in.

5. Thinly slice the red onion and add to the bowl.
6. Then, juice or squeeze the lemon and drizzle it over the mixture.

7. Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste.
8. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.

9. Serve chilled as a dip, topping, or side dish!
