Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup guyabano soursap meat
  • 1 cup frozen banana cuts
  • ¾ cup ice cubes
  • 1 ½ cup soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Guyabano:

  • Peel the guyabano, remove the seeds, and scoop out 1½ cups of the fruit's meat. Add it to a blender.

Blend the Smoothie:

  • Add the frozen banana cuts, ice cubes, and soy milk to the blender with the guyabano.
  • Blend until creamy and smooth.

Serve:

  • Pour the smoothie into a cup and garnish with chia seeds.
  • Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
