How Do I Make Ice Cream with Condensed Milk? (Here's How)

Try this ice cream in a snap with just three magical ingredients: rich sweetened condensed milk, your go-to cookies, and heavy whipping cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • 3-6 cookie chunks *

Instructions

  • In a stand mixer, add heavy whipping cream and mix until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes. (You can use a hand mixer, but be prepared to spend some time standing.)
  • Gradually fold in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  • If making more than one cookie flavor of ice cream, separate into bowls and then add the cookie chunks.
  • Place the cookies in a container** with lid and freeze for at least 6 hours.

**You can use a loaf pan to freeze the ice cream, just remember to cover it with plastic wrap.
