Ingredients
2cupsheavy whipping cream
¼cupcondensed milk
3-6cookie chunks*
Instructions
In a stand mixer, add heavy whipping cream and mix until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes. (You can use a hand mixer, but be prepared to spend some time standing.)
Gradually fold in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
If making more than one cookie flavor of ice cream, separate into bowls and then add the cookie chunks.
Place the cookies in a container** with lid and freeze for at least 6 hours.
