Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh calamansi juice
  • 3 tablespoons organic sugar
  • 4 ¼ cups water

Instructions

Prepare the Calamansi Juice:

  • Wash the calamansi thoroughly, then slice them in half.
  • Squeeze the juice into a glass container, ensuring to remove any seeds.

Mix the Drink:

  • In a separate container, dissolve the 3 tablespoons of organic sugar in 1 liter (4¼ cups) of water.
  • Add the ¼ cup of fresh calamansi juice to the sweetened water and stir until well combined.

Serve:

  • Add ice cubes to the drink, or refrigerate until chilled.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
