How to Make Whipped Strawberry Milk

Make your cup of milk more delicious with a kid-friendly whipped strawberry cream mixture on top! Enjoy how to make whipped strawberry milk in this Dalgona inspired drink with a taste of strawberry in every sip!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium fresh strawberries
  • 4-5 tablespoons whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the strawberries and blend until smooth, then set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, add heavy cream and beat on medium speed while slowly adding the sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Next, add 3 tablespoons of the strawberry puree and beat for 1 more minute or until the strawberry puree is full incoprarted. Be careful not to overbeat.
  • Pour ice and milk into a cup and top with the whipped strawberry mixture and serve immediately!

Notes

  • For best results, chill the mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer for 15 minutes
  • The heavy cream has to be cold, not at room temperature
  • Please use heavy cream and not a lighter version
