What is Dalgona Coffee?
Dalgona coffee is a whipped, frothy iced coffee drink made with milk, ice, instant coffee, and sugar. Also known as “whipped coffee” or “frothy coffee”, dalgona coffee has two distinct layers made from whipped coffee cream sitting on top of iced milk.
What does it taste like?
It almost tastes like a Frappuccino you would order at Starbucks- but better!

How to Make Strawberry Whipped Milk:

- fresh strawberries
- heavy whipping cream
- sugar
- milk
- ice cubes
In a blender, add the strawberries and blend until smooth, then set aside.
In a medium bowl, add heavy cream and beat on medium speed while slowly adding the sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes:
Next, add 3 tablespoons of the strawberry puree and beat for 1 more minute or until the strawberry puree is fully incorporated. Be careful not to over beat:
Pour ice and milk into a cup and top with the whipped strawberry mixture and serve immediately!
