Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ cups mixed candy (chocolate bars, M&Ms, caramel, etc.)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs, vanilla extract, and peanut butter; mix until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Fold in the mixed candy pieces.
  • Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
