Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, vanilla extract, and peanut butter; mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Fold in the mixed candy pieces.
