Ingredients

For the Smoothie:

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • cup almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen cantaloupe
  • ¼ cup canned lychee drained
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder

For the Toppings:

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen watermelon
  • 1 cup lychee chopped
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  • Prepare the Oats (Night Before): In a bowl, combine rolled oats and almond milk. Cover and let it sit in the fridge overnight for a creamier texture.

  • Assemble the Smoothie Bowl: Divide the smoothie mixture into two bowls.

  • Drizzle with maple syrup and serve immediately!
