Matcha Dalgona No Egg

A delicious plant-based Matcha Dalgona No Egg recipe topped with a whipped matcha foam which makes a pretty and healthy drink!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon lukewarm water
  • 1 cup aquafaba
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • plant base milk of your choice

Instructions

  • In a small bowl add matcha powder, lukewarm water and mix until well combined.
  • In a large bowl, add aquafaba and whisk until it has stiff peaks-like consistency.
  • While mixing, gradually add powdered sugar, matcha mix and mix until combined.
  • Fill a glass with a plant based milk of your choice, then top with a few spoonfuls of the whipped matcha mix and serve!

*This recipe is enough for 2 large cups, or 4 smaller ones (as in the pictures).
