Mini Apple Pie Pops

Bite-sized apple pies on a stick, perfect for snacking or gifting!

Ingredients

  • cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp ground allspice
  • tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Granny Smith apples peeled and sliced into small pieces
  • 1 egg yolk for brushing
  • Pie crusts store-bought or homemade
  • Lollipop sticks

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine apple slices, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well to coat the apples evenly.
  • Roll out your pie crusts and use a small round cutter or pie mold to cut circles for the base and top of each pie pop.

Assemble the pops:

  • Place one pie crust circle on a baking sheet.
  • Spoon a small amount of apple filling into the center.
  • Press a lollipop stick into the filling.
  • Cover with another pie crust circle and press the edges to seal.
  • Brush with egg yolk for a golden crust.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly and enjoy!
