Rocky Road Popsicles - 5 Ingredients ONLY

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chocolate milk
  • 2 (3.9 oz) boxes instant dark chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ miniature marshmallows
  • ½ chopped almonds

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the chocolate milk and instant dark chocolate pudding mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and chopped almonds.
  • Spoon evenly into 10 popsicle molds, filling each almost to the top.
  • Insert popsicle sticks & freeze overnight until firm.
  • To remove, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds, then gently pull the popsicles out.

Notes

  • Each mold gets about 3 oz.
  • If your mix feels thick, tap the mold on the counter to help it settle.
  • Leave a little space at the top since the mixture expands slightly as it freezes.
