Whip the Cream:
In a bowl or food processor, add the all-purpose cream. Beat until foamy, about 2-3 minutes.
If using heavy whipping cream, beat until stiff peaks form.
Combine Ingredients:
Add the boiled ube, condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of ube flavoring, and coconut milk to the whipped cream.
Mix until well combined. If a stronger ube flavor is desired, add an additional tablespoon of ube flavoring.
Freeze:
Transfer the mixture into a container. Cover with a lid, parchment paper, or plastic wrap to prevent ice crystals from forming.
