Vegan Fruit Popsicles

Enjoy these homemade Vegan Fruit Popsicles packed with cool, fruity goodness, perfect for beating the summer heat. They're dairy-free, lightly sweetened, and include nutritious pomegranate seeds for an extra boost of goodness!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • juice of 4 lemons
  • cup cane syrup
  • 3 green tea bags*
  • 2 peaches sliced
  • cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 ½ cups frozen berries

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Next, add the bags of tea and allow it to soak for 10 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, add lemon juice, syrup, tea water, and mix until well combined. 
  • Divide peaches, pomegranate seeds, and berries equally in each mold, then pour ice tea mixture in each mold.
  • Freeze overnight and best served frozen

Notes

  • *I used green tea, but feel free to use your favorite tea
