Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  • Prepare preferred appliance.
  • In a large bowl stir together the dry ingredients, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and mix well.
  • Using a whisk add the water and the oil, mixing until just combined. Lumps are okay!
  • Add in the vegan chopped bacon bits and mix until just combined.
  • Spray your appliance of choice with some cooking spray, and cook until the pancake is golden brown, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  • And enjoy with a drizzle of maple syrup or dip your vegan bacon hotdog in some nutella.
