Ingredients
1 ¼cupall purpose flour
1tablespoonwhite sugar
2teaspoonbaking powder
½teaspoonsalt
1cupwater
1tablespoonoil
Instructions
Prepare preferred appliance.
In a large bowl stir together the dry ingredients, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and mix well.
Using a whisk add the water and the oil, mixing until just combined. Lumps are okay!
Add in the vegan chopped bacon bits and mix until just combined.
Spray your appliance of choice with some cooking spray, and cook until the pancake is golden brown, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
