My friend Cobi from Veggietutorial shared with me this AWESOME Maple “Bacon” Pancake. It actually reminds me of stripples, which is a vegetarian substitution for bacon. So what we did was, I made the pancake batter and she made the “Bacon” and we mixed it in and it made the pancake 100x better!
