Top Tips
- Allow the pancake batter sit for a minimum of 10 minutes to allow it to rise and achieve a fluffier texture.

- Bacon: There's so many different types of vegetarian bacons and Stripples (Veggie Bacon Strips (this contains eggs) is my favorite.

- Flour: Substitute all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour, oat flour, almond flour, or a gluten-free flour blend for dietary preferences.
- Baking Powder: Double check the baking powder used is labeled as vegan, as some brands may contain animal-derived ingredients.
- Flavorings: Replace vanilla extract with almond extract or maple extract for different flavor profiles in the pancake batter.

- Room Temperature: Place cooled pancake bites in an airtight container or zip-top bag at room temperature for up to 2 days.
