¼cupCoconut oil
¼cupOrganic pure cane sugar

Instructions
Mix the Wet Ingredients:

Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Add the Dry Ingredients:
To the same bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Whisk again until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Cook the Waffles:
