Ingredients
Layer 1
1cupcold brew coffeesweeten to like your liking
Layer 2
¼cupsweetened condensed milk
⅛cupregular milk
Layer 3
1cupCool Whip*
Instructions
Mix the Coffee Base
In a bowl or pitcher, combine Layer 1 (cold brew coffee) and Layer 2 (sweetened condensed milk and milk). Mix well until fully incorporated. Set aside.
Add the Cream Layer
Add 1–2 tablespoons of Layer 3 (Cool Whip or ice cream) into each popsicle mold.
Freeze the molds for 1 hour to let the creamy layer set.
Add Coffee Layer and Freeze
After 1 hour, pour the mixed coffee and milk mixture (Layers 1 & 2) into each mold, filling about ¾ full.
Insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze for an additional 4–5 hours, or best overnight, until fully set.
Unmold and Serve
When ready to eat, run the popsicle molds under warm water for 20 seconds to loosen.
Gently remove and enjoy!
Notes
*Mix layers 1 and 2 until well combined. allow the ice cream or cool whip slightly melt prior to scooping it into the molds
