Tips and Tricks for Making This Chocolate Mug Cake with Protein Recipe:

    • If you are not into protein powders, you can double the egg white quantity in this recipe. That is double the amount of protein you get without using protein powder.
    • For this recipe, even if we are just using a few dry ingredients, it is important to sift them before mixing. The dry ingredients will incorporate better to the wet ingredients if they are sifted before mixing – thus gives you a smooth batter.
    • Don’t forget to spray your cupcake molds if you are not using non-stick ones. You can’t afford to let go of those crumbs sticking on the mold 😉
