- chili flakes
- red bell pepper
- tomato paste
- carrot
- chayote
- purple/green cabbage
- vegetable broth
- salt
- ground black pepper
Add oil to a heated pot over medium heat and saute mushrooms for 3 minutes while stirring constantly. Stir in the minced garlic and onions; saute for another minute:
