    • If you love a bit more texture to your pancakes, you can use chunky peanut butter.

    • Use very ripe bananas. Choose those that already have dark spots on the banana skin.
    • Instead of agave syrup, you can use maple syrup if it’s more accessible.

    • dairy-free milk
    • baking powder
    • agave syrup
    • peanut butter
    • ripe bananas

    Blend oats in a dry blender or coffee grinder to make oats flour:

    Add all remaining ingredients to the oats flour. Blend until a smooth consistency. Depending on oats, you can need more milk:

    If you find it a bit liquid don’t add milk. It will get thick while you pre-heat a pan or pancake machine:

    Pre-heat pancake machine. You will need ¼ cup or 3 tablespoons of batter to make 1 pancake. If you don’t have a pancake machine, you can use a nonstick pan with a bit of coconut oil:
