These easy Vegan Chocolate Banana Pancakes are made in the blender from wholesome ingredients! A healthy way to curb your morning cravings for chocolate!
Tips and Variations:
- If your pancakes are golden brown on the outside but not cooked on the inside, reduce the heat, so they will cook all the way through.
- To make the BEST pancakes possible, don’t over-mix the batter and don’t overdo the heat. It’s best to cook on low medium heat.
- Feel free to add dairy-free chocolate chips. Add them while the pancakes are being cooked on the pan and don’t add too much. The key is less is more!
