Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Best enjoyed fresh.

    FAQs

Can I use a different type of cucumber?

Yes, feel free to swap with any cucumber that has edible skin. Try Persian cucumbers.

Can I make this in advance?

Yes, it can be made a day ahead. But the flavors are freshest when served within a few hours.

Can I add more vegetables to this?

Absolutely! Try adding bell peppers or tomatoes for extra flavor. For a bit of spice, try a small pinch of chili flakes or a drizzle of honey for sweetness. Also serve it with a dollop of Greek yogurt for a creamy finish. If you’re craving something extra refreshing, a side of watermelon or an ice cream for dessert would be perfect.
