    Tips and Tricks for Making This Funfetti Lemon Cake Mix Cookies Recipe: 

    • Feeling adventurous? Add in some white chocolate chips to the batter or dark chocolate chips will do!
    • There are several cake mixes you can make into fun cookie flavors like this. Some are yellow cake mix, strawberry cake mix, chocolate fudge cake mix,  and devil's food cake mix. Choose your favorite!

    How to Make this Funfetti Lemon Cake Mix Cookies Recipe:

    Gather the ingredients for this Funfetti Lemon Cake Mix Cookies. Before starting mixing the ingredients, don't forget to preheat your oven to 350F.

    Here are what you will need for this recipe:

    • vegetable oil
    • eggs
    • box of cake mix (18.25 oz)**

    Once the ingredients are all ready, let's begin!

    In a large bowl, add a ⅓ cup of vegetable oil and 2 eggs and mix:

    Next, add your cake mix (I used Funfetti, I love it!) to the wet ingredients:

    Mix well until it looks like cookie dough. Set the mixture aside:

    In another bowl, mix another batch of cookie dough. You can change the flavor of the cake mix which you think compliments well with the other cake mix flavor:

    For the second mixture, I used the lemon flavor:

    After that, take a scoop of the first cookie dough flavor and place it on a silicone mat then place the other cookie dough flavor on one side so that the two cookie dough flavors slightly combine, just like so, and bake them for 13-15 minutes:

    When it's done, take it out from the oven and let cool in a cooling rack. Enjoy your cookies!
