How to Make Tofu Wraps:
Listed below are all the ingredients you will need:
- wraps
- block tofu
- soy sauce
- water
- juice of half a lemon
- olive oil
- green bell pepper
- yellow bell pepper
- red cabbage
- tomato
- lettuce leaves
Prepare tofu by pressing the water out of the tofu for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the marinade sauce by mixing soy sauce, water, and lemon juice in a bowl. After 10 minutes, cut tofu into half then into 16 equal sticks, and marinate for about 1 hour or best overnight.
When ready, heat a nonstick pan with oil and fry tofu sticks until golden brown. To assemble wraps: Starting with lettuce on the wrap, followed by tomatoes, bell peppers, cabbage, crispy tofu, and drizzle with your favorite hot sauce.
