    Tofu Wraps

    These Crispy Tofu Wraps are an easy Plant-Based lunch or dinner recipe. Suitable for meal-prep and great to eat when you’re on the go!

    Tips & Variations:

    • Feel free to use a variety of vegetables like microgreens, spinach, red onions, or even avocado.
    • Tofu Wraps stay fresh up to 3 days in an airtight container.
    • Pan-fry the wraps until golden brown for an extra crunch.

    How to Make Tofu Wraps:

    Listed below are all the ingredients you will need:

    • wraps
    • block tofu
    • soy sauce
    • water
    • juice of half a lemon
    • olive oil
    • green bell pepper
    • yellow bell pepper
    • red cabbage
    • tomato
    • lettuce leaves

    Prepare tofu by pressing the water out of the tofu for about 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile prepare the marinade sauce by mixing soy sauce, water and lemon juice in a bowl. After 10 minutes, cut tofu into half then into 16 equal sticks, and marinate for about 1 hour or best overnight.

    When ready, heat a nonstick pan with oil and fry tofu sticks until golden brown. To assemble wraps: Starting with lettuce on the wrap, followed by tomatoes, bell peppers, cabbage, crispy tofu, and drizzle with your favorite hot sauce.

    • 8 wraps
    • 1 block tofu
    • ⅔ cup soy sauce
    • ⅔ cup water
    • juice of half a lemon
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 medium green bell pepper sliced
    • 1 medium yellow bell pepper sliced
    • 1 cup red cabbage sliced
    • 1 medium tomato sliced thinly
    • 8 lettuce leaves

    Instructions

      What do I do with the leaf rover soy source ? Do you pour it while tofu is getting fried?
