This rich and creamy hot chocolate oatmeal is a dream come true for all chocoholics. It’s super easy and quick to make and will satisfy your chocolate craving and fill you up at the same time.
Tips & Variations:
- Use your favorite plant-based milk, but if you like really creamy oatmeal, use coconut milk.
- I added ½ tablespoon agave, but if you like your oatmeal sweet, increase the agave up to 2 tablespoons.
- I used quick-cooking oats for these recipes, but old fashioned oats work as well.
- If you can’t find pure cacao powder, unsweetened cocoa powder works well.
- Store for up to 3 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
