This rich and creamy hot chocolate oatmeal is a dream come true for all chocoholics. It's super easy and quick to make and will satisfy your chocolate craving and fill you up at the same time.

a bowl of chocolate oatmeal with a stainless steel serving spoon and topped with pomegranate seeds, peanut butter and peanuts

    Tips & Variations:

    • Use your favorite plant-based milk, but if you like really creamy oatmeal, use coconut milk.
    • I added ½ tablespoon agave, but if you like your oatmeal sweet, increase the agave up to 2 tablespoons.
    • I used quick-cooking oats for these recipes, but old fashioned oats work as well.
    • If you can't find pure cacao powder, unsweetened cocoa powder works well.
    • Store for up to 3 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
