    • cooked tapioca pearls
    • water
    • brown sugar
    • unflavored gulaman powder
    • ube flavoring
    • all-purpose cream
    • condensed milk
    • cheddar cheese
    • nata de coco

    Cook the tapioca pearls according to the directions.

    Combine water, brown sugar, gulaman powder, and a tablespoon of ube flavoring in a pot. Stir well until the sugar has dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly:
