    Frequently Asked Questions:

Can you freeze homemade apple cider?

Yes, you can. Just make sure to allow at least a 2 inch head space since the apple cider expands when freezing which can rupture the container.

Is it ok to refrigerate apple cider vinegar?

Yes, but it is not necessary to refrigerate it. Its acidity and antimicrobial properties can preserve itself from bacteria.

Is it ok to drink the mother in apple cider vinegar?
