These Grapefruit Strawberry popsicles are made with freshly squeezed grapefruit, lemon juice, and strawberries! Tart, sweet and refreshing and delicious on hot summer days!

Tips & Variations:
- If you’re unable to find fresh grapefruit or fresh lemons, feel free to substitute. Make sure to check if the juice already contains added sugar. If it does, you may want to reduce the sugar.
- Can be stored for up to 1 month in the freezer without getting freezer burns. Make sure to indiviually wrap each popsicles with cling wrap or parchment paper, then store in a freezer safe bag.
- If you’re unable to get popsicle molds, feel free to use what you have available. At the 2 hour mark, add popsicle sticks into the center of the molds. (After 2 hours of freezing, the lemonade should be fairly frozen, which will keep the sticks from sliding around.)
How to Make Grapefruit Strawberry Popsicles:

- granulated sugar
- strawberries
- freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
In a large bowl, add water and heat it in the microwave for one minute. Next, add the sugar and stir until combined, set aside to allow it to dissolve. In a blender, add 15 strawberries and blend until smooth:
Then in the water sugar bowl, add the grapefruit juice, lemon juice, blended strawberry, then mix until well combined, set aside. Next, slice 5-6 strawberries into thin slices Then pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and evenly distribute the strawberry slices to them.
Place the molds into the freezer and freeze for 4-8 hours then serve:
