Tips and Tricks for Making This Nutella Stuffed Cookies Recipe: 

  • When baking in a non-stick cookie sheet, make sure you have parchment paper on top of the sheet or spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • To make the mixing process of the butter and sugar easier, make sure you have the butter at room temperature for at least 15-20 minutes after taking it out from the chiller – or longer if you have a frozen butter.
  • Keep these cookies for days by putting it in an airtight container.

How to Make this Nutella Stuffed Cookies Recipe:

Make sure to preheat your oven to 350F before starting the mixing process.

Get your ingredients ready and let’s begin!

In your mixing bowl, you’re going to add the softened butter and the white and brown sugars. Mix it until it is light and fluffy:

Once that is done, add in the vanilla extract and the eggs and continue mixing. After thoroughly mixing, set the bowl aside:

In another bowl, mix the salt and all-purpose flour:

While in another small bowl, mix in the baking soda into the water and pour that into the wet ingredients and mix:

Add the wet and dry ingredients and mix well. After mixing, add in the mini chocolate chips to it and mix again:

Now, you are almost ready to bake! Your cookie dough should look like this:

To make the Nutella stuffed cookie, get cookie dough and place the Nutella in the center:

After that, get another cookie dough and place it on top of the first cookie dough, just like so.

Seal it carefully by pinching the sides of the cookie so the Nutella won’t ooze out while baking.

Pop them in the oven and bake for ten to eleven minutes.

There you go! I was so excited to open up these cookies, guys! They tasted so delicious!
