    Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies

    These chewy Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies will satisfy your chocolate cravings!  It’s easy to make and the best way to indulge your sweet tooth!

    Tips & Variations:

    • Yes, add the heavy whipping cream, it helps make the cookies chewy and just taste better.
    • To add texture to the cookies, add ½ cup of chopped hazelnuts.
    • If you love peanut butter, add ¼ cup of peanut butter and ¼ cup of hazelnut spread to the cookie dough.

    How to Make Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies:

    Listed below are all the ingredients you will need:

    • butter
    • granulated sugar
    • brown sugar
    • hazelnut chocolate spread
    • egg
    • heavy whipping cream
    • vanilla extract
    • flour
    • baking soda

    Preheat the oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment or a baking mat.

    In a large bowl, add butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, hazelnut chocolate spread, egg, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and mix until well combined, set aside.

    In a medium-size bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda then add it to the wet ingredients:

    Mix the cookie dough until just combined:

    Roll cookie dough into 1 inch balls and place on a baking tray and bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes or until cookies are cracking on the top.

    Remove from oven and transfer to a cookie rack to allow it to completely cool, then serve:
