    Easiest Apple Chips

    These Apple Chips are made with a few simple ingredients like apples, cinnamon, and sugar! They are crunchy with a slight chew and a great healthy snack.

    Tips & Variations:

    • The thinner the apples the better! If you slice the apple more than ⅛ inch thick, it will not be very crispy.
    • Keep in mind that the color of the final apple chip will vary based on the type of apple. Crisper apples tend to be lighter, while softer, sweeter apples tend to be darker.
    • Store baked apple chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

    How to Make Apple Chips:

    Listed below are all the ingredients you will need:

    • apples, sliced thinly
    • cinnamon
    • sugar
    • water

    In a saucepan over high heat, add water, sugar, cinnamon and bring to a rolling boil.

    Next add apples and boil on low for 5-7 minutes, then remove and place on a parchment lined tray and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes

    Remove and allow to cool completely. Apples should be mostly crunchy with a slight chew.
