    • If using a small or medium avocado, you will need 2.
    • The avocado mixture will be very thick, feel free to add more milk to thin it out.
    • Feel free to omit the cornstarch– avocado is already creamy as it is. 
    • It’s important to chop the chocolate to make it easier to melt. If you don’t, it can take at least 10 minutes to melt.
    • Feel free to skip dipping the popsicles into chocolate, avocado popsicles will still taste delicious without it.
    • For the vegan version: You may use almond milk, coconut milk or any dairy free milk in this recipe and maple syrup or honey as sweeteners.
    • Storage: Can be stored for up to 3 weeks if wrapped in a freezer-safe container.

    How to Make Chocolate Dipped Avocado Popsicle:

    Listed below are all the ingredients you will need:

    • avocado
    • milk
    • condensed milk
    • cornstarch
    • dark chocolate

    In a blender, blend avocado meat, milk, condensed milk, and cornstarch. Taste the mixture, if it’s not sweet enough to your liking, add more condensed milk. Then, pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, about ¾s full. Insert wooden sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or best overnight:

    Dipping Chocolate:

    Over a double boiler, melt chocolate until smooth, about 5 minutes on high heat. Then, dip frozen popsicles in melted chocolate and/or drizzle melted chocolate over popsicles. Chocolate will harden within 5 to 10 seconds. Then place on parchment paper, and dip the remaining popsicles:

    If not eating immediately, wrap individual popsicles in cling wrap and place them in a freezer-safe container, and store.
