Turon is a super easy, classic Filipino banana dessert recipe! It is a quick snack to prepare that is perfect anytime you want a no-bake fruit-based snack! Turon is a favorite of most Filipinos – it is so easy to make and all ingredients are conveniently available!
Tips and Procedures:
- If you want your Turon to be crispier on the outside, sprinkle some brown sugar on them while frying. Just be careful not to put too much so the brown sugar won’t cause the oil to burn.
- To make your Turon extra special, serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Yum!
- To prevent tearing off of the Turon, you can use two pieces for each Turon.
