This easy moist Lemon Sheet Cake Recipe is tangy and so easy to make from scratch! Every bite of this cake is bursting with fresh lemon flavor and the easy lemon glaze on top will have you hooked after just one bite.

This has got to be one of my most favorite lemon flavored cakes yet!  Lemon Cake!! What’s so awesome about this recipe is,  you can just replace the pudding to your favorite flavored pudding and it will still taste just as amazing!!

I have to admit something to you though, I was a little hesitant to make this because I prefer to bake chocolate desserts which you probably noticed on my YouTube channel.  I ventured to the fruity desserts so I can expand my horizon of desserts and try something different.

Tips on How to Make Lemon Cake

    • Top your lemon cake with candied lemons for a pop of tanginess in every bite!
    • You can also decorate your lemon cake with creamcheese frosting just before serving it.
    • Have you tried adding lemon zest to any dessert? Go ahead and try adding some to this one. You will be surprised how wonderful it would smell after baking it!

    How to Make Lemon Cake:

The golden rule in baking: Preheat oven to 350F and butter the 9×13 inch pan.

To make the crust, in a large bowl mix together the butter and all-purpose flour:
