    Mini Phyllo Tarts

    Try making this easy, delicious, and pretty Mini Phyllo Tarts dessert at home with your kids! It is sweet, crunchy, and creamy with a fresh punch of the blueberries on top! Mini Phyllo Tarts are perfect to make as summer treats and dessert for garden parties!

    I have always seen phyllo tarts in the freezer section of the grocery store, but I never got a chance to use it until I tried this recipe.  When I was doing voice overs for this tutorial, I realized that I was saying “phyllo” wrong.  I had been pronouncing it “fii-lo” instead of “fee-lo” what a fail.  Anyway, I have made these phyllo tarts many times because it is such a hit with my friends that they always order it from me.

    Tips on How to Make Mini Phyllo Tarts:

    • Make phyllo cups ahead to save time. When you are ready to serve them, just pipe in the sweet cream and top with your favorite fresh fruit as garnish!
    • Prevent your pre-made phyllo cups from going soggy by keeping them in an airtight container.
    • There are two ways to make phyllo cups. One is the shallow type and the other is the deeper cup. Just use either a shallow or deep muffin pan.

    How to Make Mini Phyllo Tarts:

    Listed below are all the ingredients you will need:

    • phyllo dough
    • butter
    • powdered sugar
    • white chocolate
    • milk
    • cream cheese
    • frozen whipped topping
    • your choice of berries

    Before starting to make the mini Phyllo tarts, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Brush melted butter on 1 sheet of phyllo dough, sprinkle powdered sugar and repeat twice and slice into three columns:

    Add to mini cupcake liners alternating sheets:

    Bake 3-5 minutes:

    Set aside and let them cool:

    Melt white chocolate and add to the bowl, add cream cheese, milk and beat until incorporated:

    Fold in frozen whipped topping:

    Gently pipe into the mini-tarts:

    Ingredients

    • phyllo dough
    • ½ cup butter melted

    • 1 cup white chocolate
    • 2 tablespoons milk
    • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • frozen whipped topping (8 oz)
    • your choice of berries

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    • Brush melted butter on 1 sheet of phyllo dough, sprinkle powdered sugar and repeat twice. Slice into three columns and add to mini cupcake liners alternating sheets.
    • Bake 3-5 minutes and set aside.
